Family Medicine Flu Tele Clinic
Dear Employee and/or Eligible Dependent,
If you are experiencing any flu symptoms, including but not limited to:
- Fever
- Sore Throat
- Muscle or Body Aches
- Fatigue
- Sneezing
- Watery Eyes
You may book an appointment in the Family Medicine Flu Tele Clinic. For your convenience, the booking service is available 24/7 through either SEHATY or by calling Ext: 23005, which is available to receive the calls from Sunday-Thursday 7:30-22:00.
To book an appointment through SEHATY, follow these steps:
- Visit (sehaty.sa/en/home) and login to your SEHATY account
- Navigate to the "Appointments" tab
- Choose the "Book Appointment" button
- For Clinic, choose "Family Medicine Flu Tele Follow-Up"
- For Physician, choose either "Flu Tele Clinic 1 Family Med" or "Flu Tele Clinic 2 Family Med", based on availability
- Choose the date you would like to book your appointment
- Choose the time you would like to book your appointment
Once your request is received a physician will contact you for your phone consultation and advice you accordingly. The Family Medicine Flu Tele Clinic is available 7 days a week, from 8:00-19:00.
